EXOTIC GAME AND HORSE RANCH FOR SALE
CEDAR ROCK RANCH EXOTICS
About the Owners: Cedar Rock Ranch is owned by JB and Pam Pruitt. We are retired from the oilfield and moved here from Edna, Texas, back along the coast. We have enjoyed every minute of our ranch. It is so much fun watching the deer and their habits. Of course, the offspring are alot more fun to watch than you can ever imagine. They run around crazy with loads of energy, just like small children. Lots of energy!!!! They are so cute. Our horses are always entertaining us! They are so gentle and each with its' own attitude. We feel blessed to be able to tend to a ranch like this. God has truly blessed us more than we deserve and beyond comprehension!!! We serve a living, loving and graceful God!!! We attend church in Ozona, go to football games, and love entertaining at the ranch!!! If your looking for an exotic ranch, a peaceful getaway, retirement place, horse breeding facility, or deer breeding facility, then this is your ranch! This is an Awesome Ranch!!!!!
Location: Cedar Rock Ranch is located 32 miles southwest of Ozona, Texas. Cedar Rock Ranch is a high fenced exotic game and horse ranch. Our exotics include: Blackbuck Antelope, Axis Deer, Fallow Deer, Scimitar Horned Oryx, and Whitetail.
Horses: We recently purchased a few registered mini broodmares for breeding to our mini stallion. We should have a good crop of foals next spring. We are building our herd of regular sized horses. Just purchased a few more horses: our stallion (he's still a colt) he is a registered red line back dun. Registered Filly - red roan filly. Then we have an unregistered horse that I've had since she was 5 months old "Sugar", she is a mess. I wish she was registered, she is a beauty.
Natural Game: We have plentiful natural game for the area as well. Lots of varmits such as coons, porcupines, rabbits, and we have seen a bobcat occassionally. Of course when you're talking about West Texas, you can't forget to mention the occassional rattlesnake. Doves are plentiful and we've been seeing quite a few quail. Turkeys visit the ranch in flocks of 40-50 at times.
